Return & Exchange Policy

1. Time Frame

Returns: Within 2 days from the date of receiving the order.

Exchanges: Within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.

2. Conditions for Approval

To successfully process a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be in its original condition and unused.

The original packaging, tags, and labels must be included.

The product must be sealed and not opened.

3. Sale Items

Discounted items cannot be returned.

They can only be exchanged within 7 days.

4. Shipping Fees

If the product has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged, the store will cover all shipping costs.

If the issue is size-related or the customer simply changed their mind, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.

5. Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be issued to the customer’s account within 3 business days after the request is approved.
